City Branding
Reynoldsburg, OH

Project Overview

In the rapidly growing Central Ohio/Columbus region, competition for business, residents, and investment is fierce, and Reynoldsburg is no exception. Once a quiet rural suburb, the city experienced a retail and commercial boom over the past two decades. However, as market trends shifted and neighboring communities attracted new businesses, stakeholders grew concerned that Reynoldsburg was losing momentum.

Through a strategic brand development process, the city reinvigorated its identity—shining a spotlight not only on its assets, such as an extensive park system and development-ready corridors, but also on the values and personality that define its community. The new brand mark is fresh, simple, and progressive, with a subtle nod to its heritage as the birthplace of the commercial tomato. Armed with a strong brand platform, Reynoldsburg is now well-positioned to attract new opportunities and build a vibrant future.

As part of the brand development process, we extended Reynoldsburg’s new identity into key community spaces—designing park signs and enhancing signage within City Hall to infuse the brand throughout the built environment. Additionally, we have supported the city’s sub-brands, including their beloved Tomato Festival, reinforcing community pride and recognition.
